1. The service
FlowWitness monitors merchant-configured Shopify Flow checkpoints. It records an expectation after a supported Shopify event and may open an incident when the configured completion action is not received before the deadline.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be authorized to install applications and configure workflows for the Shopify store you connect. You are responsible for your Shopify account, collaborators, workflow configuration, alert destinations, and compliance obligations to your customers.
3. Service limitations
FlowWitness may change, experience interruptions, or contain defects. It is a monitoring aid, not a replacement for Shopify, business continuity planning, order review, accounting, fulfillment controls, or emergency alerting. You should test every monitor and maintain independent procedures for critical operations.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass its security controls, interfere with other merchants, send unlawful content, introduce malicious code, overload the service, resell access without permission, or use FlowWitness in violation of Shopify policies or applicable law.
5. Merchant data
You retain your rights in merchant data. You authorize FlowWitness and its service providers to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
Available plans, prices, billing periods, trials, and material limits are shown through Shopify before approval. Shopify handles plan approval, billing, invoices, changes, and cancellation. FlowWitness does not collect your card or bank details.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service by disabling monitors or uninstalling the app. We may suspend access to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, or discontinue the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export relevant incident information.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, detection of every workflow failure, delivery of every notification, or compatibility with every Shopify Flow configuration.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowWitness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
